All of our helpers register with us on line.  You pay us and we pay them after the job is done.   To get help all you need to do is let us know what you want done and where you want it done.    We schedule our helpers so we know when they are with you. 

After every job we send you a simple survey with 5 questions.   Our helpers get a performance bonus of an additional $1.00 an hour every time you tell us they met our performance benchmarks.   If you are not happy with our work we will refund your money.

WehelpU2 Quarter Back Policy

From its inception, wehelpU2 was built with the idea that helping others is good business. In order to ensure that this policy does not change it has been decided that wehelpU2.com would form a trust to be called “wehelpU2TRUST”. The mission of wehelpU2TRUST is to provide funding to wehelpU2 employees so that they can provide help to deserving individuals and organizations.

To ensure that no one can reverse our commitment to helping others, it was decided that the wehelpU2 trust would be given 25% of our company’s shares.

The trust would be guided by a 15 member board of directors, appointed for a 3 year term. Each year 5 members would be replaced so that the board would always have fresh ideas as to help others.

The board is responsible for approving how wehelpU2 Trust spends the annual dividend.

The board is responsible for achieving the following mission:

1) The board authorizes the provision of funds to employ wehelpU2 helpers in the assistance of an individual or organization;

2) Our objective is to provide assistance for those who are least able to help themselves;

3) The board may elect to fund help for an individual or an organization deemed to be worthy;

4) WehelpU2 trust may not spend money on anyone related to or known to a board member;

It is expected that if a board member is related to or knows of someone in need of help that the board member will pay for the help individually and without wehelpU2 funds;

5) The board will meet quarterly during the year to determine the allotment of funds on the 15^th day of January April, July, and October;

6) Each board member will be compensated $1 per meeting; Board members will receive no other compensation.

The 50K Objective

In 2011 record high unemployment means that there are thousands of men and women searching for viable employment opportunities. In light of these economic conditions wehelpU2 has elected to make our initial objective to find work for 50,000 men and women by December 31st 2011.

We take on this objective with the understanding that it will be difficult. As we write these words, we are staffed by nine people; we have no media connections, and are self-funded.

We endeavor to help 50,000 people with the knowledge that this commitment is a blank check. It is a check written to people who are in need of work; it is written to people in need of assistance.

This check can only be cashed by a commitment to hard work and cooperation.
